If you are using a USB Switch, it proved next to impossible to get a working chain of USB hubs (powered/unpowered) with all the 8 devices.At the time of writing, the Razer Synapse software was not able to detect our mouse and so we couldn't change any of the buttons or DPI settings.
Thanks to everyone who replied I kinda manged to get a working solution but no way is it perfect.

Has anyone sucessfully managed to solve this nightmare and get their razer accessories to run on a USB 3.0 hub and/or with USB 3.0 switch to work with PC and Laptop? If you did, Can you please mention the USB Hub and/or Switch that you used to get this working especially Razer Kiyo (Webcam) and Nomma chroma (Speakers)Ģ) USB Hub Powered 3.0 | SOWTECH 10 Ports

Uninstalled the device drivers in device manager and let Windows reinstall it automatically on reboot Uninstalled/reinstalled/repaired Razer Synapse multiple times. Razer seiren elite: This does not even appear in Razer Synapse but atleast worksĪll the other devices: Sometimes they get a freeze shuts off and comes back to life. In panic you will end up searching for "who is spying on me" in google and download Process Enplorer and follow these steps to find out that nothing is using camera but will still end up unplugging it just in case.
Razer Kiyo: The lights flashes 3 times to say hello and turns off, Razer synapse notifies you that "the camera is currently in use by another application". The 3.5 mm jack when attached to Razer Seiren Elite has a lag in audio. The usb hub 3.0 is powered but when i turn it on, it sounds like someone got choked with thunders from Zeus and turns off in 3 seconds. Razer Nommo Chroma: Eventhough it is powered I think it expects quite a lot of power from usb ports. So the only option was to use a usb hub and here are issues for various razer products Long story short, I eventually ended up getting razer nommo chroma, razer kiyo, razer base station chroma, razer seiren elite. To complete the razer experience i ended up also getting the razer Goliathus extented chroma (I should have stopped here as I exhaused all the laptop ports at this point). So bought the Razer mamba elite and this combination was spot on. I initially got the Razer Man O' War and blackwidow keyboard chroma v2, was super impressed. that is why razer devices are recommended to plug-in directly to USB port as Razer devices is not compatible with USB Hubs." We do apologize on this matter but all razer devices are designed to work efficiently on USB 3.0. I did notice this official response from razer a bit too late "Earlier, you mentioned that the mouse works fine if you plug-in directly to Laptop’s USB port. I have the exact same issue as this post
